Everyday, the cook and two assistants prepare the meals for the crew. The cook is also baker and confectioner and organizes the menus with the approval of the captain.
The galley is equipped with diesel stove and oven, requiring the installation of an air motor. The two dinning rooms are for the fishermen and for the master-ship.
The cold storage camera, which directly supports the galley keeps the food and is used as a wine cellar. The cook, the two assistants, the boatswain and the salt foreman occupy the cabins next to the galley.
